If your company has such programs, you may pay for your procedure with pre-tax dollars, saving up to 45%. Tax Deductible LASIK is a tax-deductible expense! Insurance Some health insurance policies cover a portion of the costs for LASIK, and  there are some insurance plans that will offer a discount.
